Effective date: June 29th 2026
Applies to: the website, landing page, course waitlist, and online course offered at Yourmindyourmove.com
This Site is operated by Annette Rowe based in Ocala Florida. We respect your privacy and want you to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at Yourmindyourmove@icloud.com.
This policy covers personal information we collect through the Site — when you join our waitlist, create an account, enroll in or take our course, contact us, or simply browse. It does not cover any third-party website or service we link to, each of which has its own privacy practices.
Please read this section carefully. The Site provides general educational and self-development content. Using the Site, joining the waitlist, or taking the course does not create a therapist–client or any professional treatment relationship, and the content is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Information you provide through the Site is handled as ordinary business and consumer data under this policy — it is not protected health information collected within a treatment relationship, and it is separate from the records of any clinical or therapy services you may receive elsewhere.
Please do not submit sensitive personal or health details (such as diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or crisis information) through Site forms, comments, quizzes, or reflection prompts. Those spaces are for educational reflection, not clinical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US), available 24/7.
Information you give us:
Contact & account details — such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist or create a course account.
Payment information — if you purchase the course, billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor ([e.g., Stripe]). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Course activity — lessons viewed, progress and completion, and any responses you choose to enter in quizzes, reflections, or worksheets.
Communications — messages, questions, or feedback you send us.
Information collected automatically:
Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and dates/times of access.
Cookies & similar technologies — used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage (see Section 7).
Embedded content — pages may include embedded videos (for example, YouTube), which can collect data as described in their own privacy policies.
We use personal information to:
Provide and manage the waitlist, your account, and the course;
Process payments and deliver what you’ve purchased;
Send you emails you’ve asked for or that relate to your purchase, and — with your consent where required — marketing about our content and course;
Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our content;
Respond to your questions and provide support;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases (if you are in the EEA/UK): we rely on your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you join the waitlist or opt in, we may send you emails through our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending marketing messages. We may still send essential messages related to your account or purchase.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and to understand how it’s used, including analytics tools such as [e.g., Google Analytics]. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required, we will request your consent through a cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Site:
Service providers who act on our behalf — such as our [course platform], [payment processor], [email provider], website host, and analytics providers — under terms that limit their use of your information.
Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Site.
Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and the course, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us at the email above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): you may access, correct, erase, port, or restrict processing of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the U.S. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
